HOW TO RESERVE
RENTAL DÉCOR
Simply call and after our message leave your name, a telephone number
And time
that you can be reached. If known, please state the date of and kind
Of event
you wish to reserve. We check our voice mail regularly and will return
your
Call within
a 24 hour period.
When calling please
pronounce your name and phone number slowly so that we are sure to get
the correct information. If after we talk to you, you decide to
reserve rentals for your date
we will
send you a contact as per the following rental agreement.
Rental Aggreement
A 20% security
deposit (20% of the total rental fee) is required to secure the
rental date
for your event… it is not applied to the total cost of the rental
but is a
separate
fee. It is returned to you in full during the week after providing
the rental
is all retrieved and in good condition. The total rental cost is due
approximately
one month prior to the date of your event. If you wish to cancel
your rental
we will gladly return your security deposit providing we are able to book
the rental
again for the same date. If you over book the number of centerpieces
you require
we return half the rental cost of those centerpieces not used with the
security
deposit.
